We will be happy to offer this combined service in a single commission rate if you wish. Of course you can still choose to do things the old-fashioned way, with separate estate agents and solicitors if you prefer, but if you instruct us to do both you’ll have just solved the biggest problem in any house move - lack of communication. Let’s be clear about this. Anyone can describe himself as a ‘professional’. Most estate agents do! However to be a professional in the true sense is to undergo rigorous training and submit to regulation by a recognised professional body. We are authorised and regulated by both the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Financial Services Authority.
